Co., Ltd. is a shareholding subsidiary of Sichuan Direction
Photoelectricity Co., Ltd. Founded in 2001, the Company
has a registered capital of RMB10 million. It is located
inside the Direction Photoelectricity Science & Technology
Park of Neijiang Economic Development Zone, mainly engaged
in such business as real estate development and project
contracting.
¡¡¡¡The predecessor of Direction Construction Co., Ltd.
was the Engineering Dept. of Shenyang Bigtide Direction
Group Co., Ltd., which has dedicated to the construction
field since 1996. With the development of Bigtide Direction
Group, the Engineering Dept. has grown up gradually. It
has gathered a group of high-quality talents with rich
professional knowledge, having very strong technical force
and practical experience. The Company has developed Shenyang
Bigtide Electronic Industrial Park. The total area of
the park is 70,000m2. With sound foundation and relying
on the background of the Engineering Dept. of Bigtide
Direction Group, Direction Construction Co. has undertaken
the design and construction for Direction Photoelectricity
Science & Technology Park at its early stage, only
taking 100 days from planning and design to completion
of the building Phase I , with a total area of 40,000m2.
¡¡¡¡Through the construction of Direction Photoelectricity
Science & Technology Park, Direction Construction
Company has trained itself into a united and strong team.
The Company will continue the construction of Phase II
and III projects of Direction Photoelectricity Science
& Technology Park. By that time, the total area of
the Photoelectricity Science & Technology Park will
reach 160,000m2.
